RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ SHIPPING

All return and refund policies and procedures are selected by our Sellers and Registered Vendors directly. All Sellers can choose to offer either a fourteen (14) or thirty (30) day Money Back Guarantee.

Each Seller is required to offer a fourteen (14) day, thirty (30) day or No Return as part of their return policy.

Once a Seller approves a return, the Buyer will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the order to the Seller.  Upon successful delivery of the returned order to the Seller, a full refund will be initiated. This refund will encompass the entire purchase amount, including any shipping fees and taxes, and it will be credited to the Buyer’s original form of payment.

Buyer will have 14 or 30 business days to return the item depending on the policy of the seller/vendor.

Buyer will have four (4) business days to approve all items or funds will be released to the Seller automatically after the duration of the 4 business days.

Any item sold under final sale from Designer Bag Exchange including The Runway Shop will be FINAL. 

Any form of transaction taking place outside of our platform will disqualify you for any returns or refunds.

ALL SELLERS, WHETHER PRIVATE SELLERS OR REGISTERED VENDORS MUST LIST ONLY AUTHENTIC LEGITIMATE PRODUCTS AND NEVER TO LIST REPLICAS OR COUNTERFEIT ITEMS. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS TERM MAY RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND ABILITY TO SELL ON OUR PLATFORM.

ALL SELLERS WHETHER PRIVATE OR REGISTERED VENDORS MUST CONDUCT ALL COMMUNICATIONS CONCERNING DESIGNER BAG EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS ON OUR PLATFORM AND TO ALWAYS MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL IN ALL CORRESPONDENCE.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Buyer must initiate a return request, shipped, and have the item delivered back to the vendor/seller within the terms ( 14 days, 30 days) listed on the seller’s product page or the return request may be denied for a refund .
  • Provide evidence with a clear description to support your claim/dispute. You must upload images to further plead your case.
  • IN MOST CASES WE MAY INVESTIGATE YOUR CHAT HISTORY FOR EVIDENCE. BE ADVISED!
  • Please allow 7-14 business for your partial or full refund to be credited.

ESCROW: Your funds are kept in a secure trusted account unavailable to any party and will not be released to the seller until you have either approved of your item to be satisfactory to your liking or after 4 (business days) post your delivery.
