You are protected every time you place an order via Designer Bag Exchange. When you purchase an item, we keep your payment safe in our escrow account until you confirm that you've received your order. If your item does not match the description, please open a case from the website within 3 days of delivery, before the order is marked as the item received. 1) Go to Contact 2) Complete the form and choose ”return assistance” 3) Upload your images. After reviewing your submission we will process your refund. If for any reason you do not notify us within the 3-day window, we will release the funds to the seller and will not be able to reopen the case.
It’s quite simple, to get in touch with the seller, click on the Contact Seller link on their listing profile. The seller will get your message directly and it’s his or her responsibility to respond.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and bank transfer of which will go directly into the escrow account; not the sellers’ account. Your funds will remain there until you’ve received your bag. We also provide Affirm services if you choose to get an item financed.
Once you’ve found your bag and seller, you can place your order directly via Designer Bag Exchange. When the purchase is made, the funds are then transferred directly into an escrow account. The funds are then held for up to 7 days or until you, the buyer has confirmed delivery.
There are multiple ways to search for the bag that you want. On the homepage, click on “ Buy a Bag” then look for the designer or brand you are looking for; Or, go to the search bar and type in the brand, model and of the bag you are searching for.
MY BAG COLLECTION/ PORTFOLIO
Your Bag Portfolio is simply a virtual portfolio that allows you to track the collection of your designer bags; all in one location. Just enter all the details about your bag and upload your photos. The more detailed your information, the more accurate your results will be. Log back anytime to monitor your portfolio. Just sit back, relax, and watch your bags market value.
No other user can view your portfolio unless you share it with them.
You can add as many bags as you would like.
When you make a purchase, that bag is automatically uploaded into your portfolio.
No, you don't need to purchase only on Designer Bag Exchange to create a portfolio. Any user who has an account with DBE is able to create a portfolio.
Your profile is only visible to you. All of your information is secure with our up to date technology; safe from online predators. Our service encrypts all sensitive data and will not share your information with any parties.
Go to your profile and click Delete Account bottom of the page.
Go to Sign Up on the top right corner of the website. Create an account. For future access, go to “Log in” to gain access to your account

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS
Affirm doesn’t always approve financing for the full amount of purchase. You will have the use of a debit card to pay for the rest of your purchase. Unfortunately, the down payment amount cannot be reversed.
We provide Affirm, a company that enables you to finance an item. Once your purchase is made, it will be processed via our Stripe account. Then, Affirm pays the amount due to an escrow account, where it is kept until you receive your item.

Shipping to the delivery timeline varies based on your location. Sellers are required to provide a tracking number to monitor the ETA of your item.
International shipping is available on Designer Bag Exchange. However, every dealer is entitled to his or her own guidelines. Shipping costs also vary based on the seller. Please note that customers are responsible upon delivery for any import duties, goods and services tax, customs fees, and any other tax on top of any purchase price. Possible delays may occur due to circumstances involving customs clearance. All shipments must be tracked and insured.
Yes, all sellers should be able to ship to P.O boxes. However, the credit you choose must be aligned with a physical address.
When importing goods into your country, you may owe customs duties and import taxes. Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The purpose of Customs Duty is to protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country. These are charged by the customs officials and must be paid as soon as the item has reached its destination/country. For more information, please contact your customs authority.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The price will vary based on the size and location of the return address.

SELL A BAG
1. Click on Register on the top right of the homepage. 2. Enter your email address, when the next screen appears it will ask you to create a password. 3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Register.
Go to “Sell A Bag” Click on “Become A DBE Dealer” You can register as a DBE dealer in a few steps: 1. Enter your personal information 2. Enter your payment information (credit card or banking information) 3. Submit your documents to be approved as a verified dealer (will be granted a verified badge) You can then upload your first listings. Before they're published, your dealer account must be approved by Designer Bag Exchange. We must review all of your information and documents ( one time only ) prior to approval. The approval process will take 24 hours. We require 1 of the following documents listed below with proof of address in the form of a utility bill (electricity, phone, energy/gas, etc.) 1. Trade register excerpt or business registration 2. Articles of Organization 3. Tax Return 4. Employee Identification Number Please send your documents to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can list as many items as you would like at no cost to you as a private seller. Once you’ve sold an item we charge a 13% commission. Currently, no verified DBE dealer will be charged to list on our platform from 2020-2024! Any newly registered dealers in 2025 will have a low and tailored package to choose from. Dealers who are registered with Designer Bag Exchange between 2020-2024 will keep their free account indefinitely.

The commission fee is collected directly from the payment at the time of purchase. If the buyer decides to make a direct payment, we will send you the funds directly and obtain our fee in the process.
Our priority is to provide a secure platform for our sellers on Designer Bag Exchange. All transactions are transferred and kept safe in an escrow account, inaccessible to any parties; Not even us! Once your item reaches its destination, we release your payment directly into your account. We do not condone sending any item to any user/buyer unless they have already made a payment. It’s important to keep all forms of transaction/ communication within our company guidelines.

We notify you of the payment and it’s your responsibility to ship the bag to your buyer. Once the bag has reached its destination with a confirmation, we will release your funds directly to your bank account.
It’s important to conduct any form of payment via Designer Bag Exchange. A seller should not ship any items until payment has been made. Once we receive the payment, it remains in an escrow account safely until the item is delivered to the buyer. Then we deposit the funds directly into your bank account.
